About Us

Blake, the CEO/President of Blue Vista Institute LLC, brings over 40 years of experience in long-term care and healthcare consulting. His career began as an Administrator in long-term care and evolved into leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer for various companies. He was also the Founding Member and Owner of a national healthcare consulting firm and a national contract rehabilitation company.

Before his current role, Blake served as Vice President/Director of Post-Acute Care Services and VP/Director of Strategic Programs for LCS. He has been an appointed member of a U.S. Congressional Health Care Panel, providing expert advice on healthcare initiatives in Washington D.C.

Blake has held leadership positions such as President of the Arizona Health Care Association, Chairman of the Public Policy Committee, and member of the Board of Directors. Additionally, he has been involved with the American Health Care Association’s Finance and Reimbursement Committee and served on the Advisory Board of Lincoln Health for Post-Acute 100 and Post-Acute 360.
